DEPOSIT Required: 50 % to confirm your booking, balance on arrival or before.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- Cancel on arrival or during the stay – the full payment due may be levied.
- Cancel 0 – 14 days before arrival date or no show – full deposit paid is forfeited.
- Cancel 15 – 28 days before date of arrival – 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever is greater) is forfeited.
- Cancel 28 days + days before date of arrival – 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever is greater) is forfeited.
- Please remember that when you make a booking you close out any other person booking that space, that’s why when you cancel the space has to be opened again, advertised and marketed again in order to be filled after your cancellation and there is often not enough time to do that, hence the terms. It’s not to be nasty but to cover the losses sustained as a result.
